Through transparent communication, we strive to deliver customized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.
Martha Garcia, RN, BSN
Co-Founder of Bella Art Aesthetics, Martha is a Bay Area native and a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career in pediatrics before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, where she discovered her passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Martha has worked alongside renowned plastic surgeons and premier MedSpas across the Bay Area, developing a strong foundation and the advanced skills necessary to be a safe and effective injector.
Martha is committed to ongoing education and regularly attends aesthetic conferences and hands-on training to stay current with the latest techniques and practices. She is dedicated to offering her clients personalized treatments that deliver natural, beautiful results She is also an active member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).
Outside the treatment room, Martha enjoys reading about all things aesthetics, early morning workouts, and—most of all—spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She is honored to serve the San Francisco Bay Area community with care and integrity.

Founder of Afterglow Skin by Patricia Romero, Patricia is a Licensed Esthetician with over 25 years of industry experience. She has worked in some of the nation’s elite salons and MedSpas, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice. Patricia is extensively trained in medical-grade skincare and advanced facial treatments, including HydraFacial MD®, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and nano-needling. She takes a personalized approach to every client, guided by a deep understanding of the universal desire to feel confident and healthy in one’s skin.
Patricia is proud to collaborate with Bella Art Aesthetics to offer clients the most effective and medically supported treatments performed by Nurse Martha.
When she is not seeing clients, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and her standard poodle, Lois. She also loves traveling and discovering San Francisco’s vibrant culinary scene.

Alexa Garcia | Patient Coordinator
Alexa is Bella Art Aesthetics’ Patient Coordinator and the organizational force behind the clinic. With her warm demeanor and friendly approach, she ensures every client feels welcome from the moment they arrive. Alexa delivers exceptional customer service and is well-versed in all the treatments and services offered at Bella Art Aesthetics. She takes great pride in going above and beyond to make every visit smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
Currently, Alexa is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science at San Jose State University.
When Alexa is not in the office or at school, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, family, and friends. Alexa is a valued member of our team, and we’re lucky to have her!
Heidi Regenass, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Regenass brings over 20 years of medical experience and is a double board-certified plastic surgeon, trained at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. She is deeply committed to a holistic approach to medicine, helping patients achieve their health and beauty goals through a balance of science, skill, and whole-person care.
Her exceptional training and professional background, combined with her dedication to integrative medicine, have earned her the trust and respect of both patients and colleagues. Dr. Regenass is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Regenass enjoys cooking and staying current on science-based innovations that support beauty and wellness from the inside out.
